Warranty Policy
SETATRAN products may have different warranty periods depending on the purchased product and the customer's applicable customer group at the time of purchase.
Where a customer-group warranty period applies, that period overrides the standard product warranty period. The applicable warranty duration is recorded at purchase and does not change if product or customer-group settings change later.
The warranty period begins when an order is marked Delivered or Picked Up. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Approved warranty claims are handled through replacement only. No cash refund, payment refund, or store credit is provided under this warranty process.
SETATRAN may inspect and verify the claimed defect before approving replacement. Claims may be rejected for misuse, physical damage after receipt, liquid damage, improper installation or use, unauthorized modification, or other damage not attributable to the supplied product, where applicable.
A valid claim submitted before warranty expiration may continue to be processed after the expiry date. A replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
